Wachapreague to Cape Charles, Bay Creek, Aug. 15th.

Unbelievable! Our last leg of the ocean part turned out to be the best. Thank you GOD! This was another 71 mile trip leg. And that made over 140 miles of ocean this trip. Way to go Dawnie!!! I'm proud of her! She did good.
There were 2' to 4' rollers. Now, the waves and rollers are coming in towards the land, and we are running parallel to land. That means that we're not crashing into the waves perpendicular. We are sorta running with them if you can understand. This makes the trip very fun for me, I have a smile on my face the whole trip. I'm lovin it! My wife thinks I'm ..... well........ we won't go there because if you're reading this, you know how "I" am. As Mitch would say, "Just Lee being Lee"!!! Hmmm - Hmmm.
We saw the dolphins popping up here and there.
This is the light house at Cape Charles. The very bottom of the Delmarva. We made it! Yeah man! Life is good, good, good.

The Bay Bridge / Tunnel, man this thing is long!

And Bay Creek Marina / Golf Resort is really a very very nice place. Had to get a picture of "Dawn Rae" in a slip that could almost fit 2 boats........

We had lunch at the "Aqua" restaurant right here. Very nice. I'm kinda liking this great food. Dawn and I like to eat!!!

I've gotta go..... Promised my wife I'd take the bicycles into town, Cape Charles.

BYE, for now!
